Tour & Tasting Booking
From June to October, guests are invited to Pre-Book a Scheduled Tour at our winery / and cidery. All tours are available every day between 11am and 3pm.

#3: Let’s Make Apple Cider! (Minimum 4 people)
Immerse yourself in the hands-on experience of making Fresh-Pressed Apple Cider. Owner, Wine and Cider Maker Brendan will lead you through the History and Craft of making your own Cider, including Apple Pressing, Juice Tasting, discussions around process, fermentation, ingredients and supplies! #4: The Bear River Culture Experience: Tides, Tastings & Cider Making!
(Minimum 4 people)
Arrive in Bear River and take time to explore this unique riverside village atyour own pace with a self-guided map. Browse galleries, shops, and hidden corners, and soak in the scenery of a place shaped by tides, history, and creativity.
At 12 noon, head to Bear River Vineyards for a tour, hosted tasting and charcuterie picnic lunch, where local flavours and a scenic setting invite you to slow down.
From there, make your way to Casa Nova Fine Beverages for a relaxed, hands-on cider making experience, where you’ll learn about the craft, process, and flavours behind fresh-pressed cider. With local hosts, a welcoming atmosphere, and time to enjoy each part of the experience, this is a memorable day of discovery, flavour, and local character.
